Iodobromine bath

Bath in mineral water containing iodine. The iodine is absorbed into the body, improving the suppleness of soft tissue. Suitable for the treatment of joint, spine and circulatory system illnesses.

  • water temperature: 37 - 38°C
  • length of procedure: 20 minutes

Pearl bath

Bubbles gently stimulate your skin, without mechanical effects such as for e.g. a jacuzzi, soothing and relaxing you completely.

  • water temperature: 37°C
  • length of procedure: 15 minues

Jacuzzi

Uses a combination of heat and strong water stimulation. Suitable for sore and tired feet, swollen feet, treatment post-injury, to improve circulation.
WARNING! Not suitable if you are suffering from phlebitis.

  • water temperature: 35 - 37°C
  • length of procedure: 10 minutes

Classic massage

Mechanical stimulation improves subcutaneous and muscle circulation, allowing for improved blood supply and relaxation.

  • focused on: back, neck, loins
  • length of procedure: 15 minutes

Paraffin

Application of a wrap soaked in heated paraffin. Improves skin circulation, reduces joint pain, also has beneficial relaxation effects.

  • length of procedure: 15 minutes

Peat wrap

Application of healing mud - effects and use as for paraffin.

  • length of procedure: 15 minutes

Cryotherapy

Application of a substance known as cryoperlosa at a temperature of - 18 °C to various joints of the upper and lower limbs. Increases circulation at the area where it is applied, improves tissue blood supply, speeds up the flushing out of inflammatory agents and reduces pain.

Indication: acute injuries - prevents the appearance of larger oedemas or haematomas.
Inflammations - Cooling causes a reduction in pain perception, thus allowing for more extensive joint exercises.

  • length of procedure: 2 x 5 minutes

Reflex therapy

The application of mechanical energy onto zones of the skin affects pain and blood supply to internal tissues. Known globally as 'zone therapy' - a therapy with significant subjective effects.


Underwater massage

The patient is submerged in water and water jets of various pressures and shapes are applied to the body. Works mechanically and using heat and affects the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

Treading bath

This procedure is used for circulatory illnesses of the lower limbs. Involves treading in water of various temperatures.

  • Hot water: 38 - 40°C
  • Cold water: 16 - 18°C

Manual and machine lymphodrainage

Aims to strengthen and support the original and still preserved absorption and transportation function of the lymphatic system. Part of a complete oedema treatment, has significant painkilling and calming effects. Acts on lymphoedema and post-traumatic states, headache syndrome, overtiredness, lipoedema etc.

  • Machine - length of procedure: 30 minutes
  • Manual - length of procedure: 50 minutes
