General information

On the basis of a correctly filled-in order form, the Hodonín Spa booking office will send you a written confirmation of your order and will make a reservation for your stay.

The price of your stay does not include insurance, medicine or medical equipment. The town of Hodonín's spa charge is also not included (current prices). This charge is not applicable for people over 70 years of age, holders of ZTP/P (disabled) ID cards and their helpers. It is paid for in cash on the first day of stay and payment cannot be made by card. Spa accommodation is only suitable for people over eighteen years of age.

On request, we can send you brochures and information on accommodation options at Hodonín spa. If you are thinking of giving a spa treatment as a gift, we would be happy to send you a gift voucher which we would send you with the payment slip. We would ask that you send a copy of your payment made before arriving, or the voucher will not be considered valid.

Rooms are available on your day of arrival from 11am, on your day of departure until 9am
Smoking in the spa buildings is forbidden.
Dogs and other animals are not permitted in your room.

We only provide accommodation which includes spa procedures.

If you end your stay before the agreed date the difference in price will not be refunded.

If you lose your keys, you will be charged the full price for replacement.

Food

For full board, your first meal will be lunch on the day of arrival and your last will be breakfast on the day of departure. We must be notified about and agree to any meal changes before your arrival. Please ensure you arrive before 12 noon.

Low season prices valid for first day of stay up to 30. 4. We reserve the right to change prices and services.

You can pay for your stay

1. by postal order (sent to you on request prior to your arrival)
2. by credit or debit card on arrival at the admissions office
3. payment in cash on arrival at the admissions office
4. by invoice - please place your order including identification details of your company (by e-mail or post)
   We accept VISA, JCB, DINERS CLUB, EUROCARD, Master Card credit and debit cards.

Treatments

It is in your interest to include with your order a recommendation from your general practitioner (...I am able to undertake treatment procedures) or a short summary of your health records. We ask guests who are being treated for a long-term complication, have undergone a major operation or who are over 70 to supply this recommendation.

For stays which include a health check-up and have had a specified treatment, the doctor may amend your procedures or set out a new treatment programme. The programme of your procedures for short-term stays and stays which do not include a health check-up does not change.You can also extend your programme by adding on to it currently provided spa procedures at the reception of the Eva spa building, where the price list of treatment procedures is available to guests. For stay which do not include an initial medical check-up, the guest will receive a summary of procedures on arrival.

Parking

A monitored car-park is available. Price for parking in accordance with current tariffs. Parking is only charged for the first week of your stay. Refundable deposit of 200 CZK for your parking chip.
